Lumi Refund & Return Policy
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed between October 30, 2024 – December 30, 2024 are eligible for return until January 31, 2025.
This extended return period does not apply to final sale items or collaboration pieces.
Standard Returns
- Eligibility: New, unworn, and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and protective liners attached. Untagged items must be returned with their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip is required.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (including prepaid cards).
- Store credit will be provided for gift returns.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
- Collaboration items are excluded unless otherwise noted.
- Combined returns (multiple orders in one package) are not accepted.
- Return labels cannot be generated for APO/FPO addresses.
How to Return
- All returns are processed by mail only using our return portal.
- A $6.00 return shipping fee applies to mailed returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Ways to Avoid Return Shipping Fees
- Select store credit instead of a refund when processing your return.
Return Process & Refunds
- Once you complete your return request online, you will receive an email with a QR code and return label.
- Packages must be dropped off at an eligible USPS or UPS location within 14 days of creating your return label.
- After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether it has been accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from the date tracking shows the package as delivered.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Returns processed for store credit will be issued as a Lumi digital gift card, sent to the email address used at checkout.
- If items are not returned in new condition, Lumi reserves the right to deny the return or adjust the refund/credit amount.
- Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a Lumi digital gift card to the recipient once the return is in transit back to us.
Return Policy Discretion
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Lumi’s discretion, including determining whether an item meets the requirements of being unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
To ensure fairness, excessive or unreasonable returns — or any suspected misuse of this policy — may result in the refusal of future transactions or returns.
In certain cases, such as when a return is requested beyond the 30-day window or without valid proof of purchase, Lumi may issue a refund in the form of a digital gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
